We at reachAbility Association take our privacy practices very seriously. reachAbility Association collects and maintains personal information such as your name, address, email address, telephone number and any other pertinent information necessary to provide you with the best service possible. Personal information is important for our staff to ensure that we are able to contact you in case of service updates, cancellations, rescheduling, or any other matter relevant to the service you are requiring. {Play}

Depending on the service you are participating in, like our Legal Referral Service, some information collected may be sensitive; however, this information is necessary in order to ensure you are provided with legal consultation in the correct area of law in order to provide you with the best results. {Play}

Personal information is only viewed by reachAbility staff, and protected by our safeguarding practices. Any information that will need to be viewed by any third party, due to a program you may be involved in, will be discussed with the client prior to sending the information to said third party contact, and only after receiving consent from the client beforehand. {Play}

Data collection is stored and maintained within internal databases and cloud storage and is protected by firewalls, as well as our third party technology company who ensures that your information remains safe and protected to the best of their abilities. reachAbility Association puts forth a consistent effort to keep records updated and delete any old information from client’s or businesses that no longer participate in any of our programs or services.
